Monroe Magic Camber : a quick and save camber adjustment! Today most vehicles are fitted with McPherson struts and thus are more inclined to encounter changes in camber. Camber is the angle between the direction of the wheel and a true vertical line perpendicular to the ground. A wheel, tilted outward at the top, is considered to have positive camber. While a wheel, tilted inward at the top displays negative camber. |

| For a zero setting, the tire needs to be in the exact vertical position or perpendicular to the ground. Changes in camber are caused due to different impacts (e.g. sidewalk parking) or modifications in the suspension system such as lowered suspensions (2/3°), big sized tires or worn out springs. This change of camber will result in abnormal wear-out on one side of the tire with the car pulling in one direction and bad road holding. Today, installers offer a wheel alignment as a solution to this problem; but on many vehicles, it cannot be solved. This results into a negative impact on the consumer because the installer cannot deliver the promised solution. |

This kit consists of two eccentric bolts made of high resistance quality steel. It allows a safe adjustment of the camber from the bracket of the strut with maximum safety. Besides extra revenues for Tenneco, this new product represents a great opportunity to enter new distribution channels such as OE dealers, tires dealers and competitors’ customers. Today, our range is composed of 6 references covering 435 McPherson struts. |
